Personalized Fitness TrainingOne on One Personal Training by G.I. Jessica I believe that anyone can achieve the goals they have always wanted and deserve. My one on one personal training sessions are specifically goal oriented towards each individual client. Your progress will be monitored on 30/60/ & 90 day increments; and altered accordingly. You will have continued guidance throughout each workout as well as learning proper technique during each exercise in order to achieve maximum results. The workouts will start at your home residence and from there we will be on the move towards the closest park/grassy area where you will use resistance bands, jump ropes, weights, medicine balls, and your own bodyweight to build a stronger, tighter, more lean you! Get out of the gym and get outside!
